The body, kung fu and realm of “The Book of Changes” – Ma Yifu’s “State of Yi” and its value

Abstract: Under the perspective of modern academic transformation, Ma Yifu’s “Six Stories” system constructs the ideological system of “Six Stories are all rational”. As the overall leader and most basic principle of the six theories, Ma Yifu’s Yixue’s thinking directly follows Yichuan and Zhu Xi, and also has the systemic characteristics of the six theories, and can be deeply presented in the theoretical framework of “original body”, “kung fu” and “realm”. He constructed the Yi study intrinsic theory of the body, the Yi study intrinsic theory of the word and action, and the ten-year state of the Yi Tao. Ma Yixue highlights the position and value of Yixue in the Six Arts, and understands the two academic traditions of Song and Ming dynasties and academic studies. It also integrates sensibly and systematically under the domain of communication between Confucianism and Buddhism, and presents the most basic principles of Chinese philosophy, with the main theoretical value.
